Project Programme Management Ltd are holding a one day Forensic Delay Analysis (FDA) training course in Thame, Oxford in July. This is set for 2nr x 1 day courses in Asta’s Head Office in Thame.
The description is as per below :
Forensic Delay Analysis Techniques for Claims
This course is designed to teach the students the different types of FDA techniques
and how they are used on projects to assist in the determination of claims,
causes and effects.
FDA techniques taught on the course include:
- Collapsed As-Built
- As-Planned Impacted
- As-Planned v As-Built
- Windows Analysis
- Time Impact Analysis
- Demonstration of claims
- BIM FDA Course Preview
The outcome of the course will allow the student to become aware and
knowledgeable of the different type of FDA techniques currently used on
projects.
