Project: $7.0B Engineering, Procurement and Construction Offshore Platform 230,000 bpd production. Client was Chevron, Exxon Mobile, and Petro Canada
Duties:
- Prepare Detailed Engineering and Construction Schedules for Proposals and Projects in Progress.
- Update and Maintain Complex Project Schedules
- Analyze and Prepare Schedule reports for Project Management Team Regarding schedule deviations and upcoming milestones.
- Understand and use Primavera P3 Project Planner and Critical path Method planning
- Assist in training of junior staff by providing guidance in work methods and procedures.
- Monitor man hours and progress to report to the project management team.
- Monthly and weekly reporting to PM team.
