Project Responsibilities Include:
- Hold a schedule and progress review every 2 weeks with Lead Engineers, Project Engineering Manager and Project Manager Show where Engineering progress can be improved and to see what the staffing needs to attain their deliverables are.
- Manage a team of project control engineers and specialist in an EPCM/PMC environment
- Analyze, evaluate and forecast project costs as well as performance against an established schedule with critical milestones.
- Coordinate staffing requirements, assign and supervise project work activities and train personnel.
- Complete performance reviews and provide personnel development for assigned employees.
- Prepare Detailed Engineering and Construction Schedules for Proposals and Projects in Progress.
- Develop and Maintain Complex Project Schedules Current 6000 Activities which Includes an Integrated Construction Schedule which is tracked and updated by the Client but I have overall responsibilities and reporting.
- Tracking the Overall Procurement process ensuring ROS dates are met per the Client requirements
- Analyze and Prepare Schedule reports for Project Management Team Regarding schedule deviations and upcoming milestones.
- Understand and use Primavera P3 and P5 Project Planner and Critical path Method planning.
- Monitor Man-hours and earned value progress to report to the project management team.
- Monthly and weekly reporting to PM team.
- Designing progress templates for the different deliverables.
- Tracking forecasts vs. Actual S Curves and Histograms.
- Tracking Budget forecasts.
