The project office was a part of VELUX Product Development. The product development follows the Stage-Gate model, and the planning was carried out in Primavera. My main task was support to Project Managers regarding
Primavera and Planning in general. Furthermore, I provided the Gatekeepers and Management with data enabling them to prioritise the projects and giving them “GO” or “Kill” options.
