Current Role

• Develop EPC Baseline Schedule for LNG Terminal Project which includes Process, LNG Tanks, Jetty & Marine, Utilities, Buildings, Shelters and Others (Project #1). Prepare WBS weight values, loading of man-hours and generate plan S-Curves. 
• Develop EPC Baseline Schedule for Phase 2 Project – Third LNG Tank (Project #2). Set up Procurement register, WBS weight values and plan S-curves.
• Develop Proposal Schedule for Secondary Berth EPC Project for bidding purposes (Project #3).
• Develop integrated EPC schedule for Main Terminal, Third LNG Tank & Secondary Berth project. Update and monitor Integrated Current Schedule vs. Integrated Baseline schedule.
• Setting-up 2-Months reduction schedule to place restrictions to each construction team in able to achieve mechanical completion 2-months ahead of time. This schedule serves as target schedule of subcontractors. Update and monitor reduction schedule in monthly basis.  
• Setting-up program calculation in the Master Document Register and Procurement Register identifying the numbers of backlogs on IFR/IFA/IFD/IFC with different report by Area, by Discipline and by Sub-contractors.  Set-up automatic formulas in the MDR & PR generating plan & actual progress.
• Responsible for developing Construction Level-4 Schedule breaking down the Construction Level-3 schedule into a much smaller group of activities. Incorporate Sub-contractors Level-4 schedule into the Master schedule.
• Update & Monitor P3 Schedule on weekly and monthly basis based on the updated Master Document Register, Procurement Register, Government Approvals and Construction Schedule. Report to Planning Manager any delays and variances versus the baseline schedule that will affect major milestones and critical path.
• Generate 6-weeks look ahead schedule and highlighting 3-Weeks working schedule for weekly construction meeting. Monitor related engineering documents and BCA approval prior to the start of Piling Works.
• Analyze progress & schedule, feedback to the planning manager whether the project will be ahead or delay on the coming weeks or months. Provide and suggests solution in order to maintain or exceed the progress & schedule.
