Develop overall working programme considering all aspects of the project right form project initiation i.e. Design, Procurement, Method or sequence of work, identify risk elements and measures to mitigate the risk.
Involved in various projects form infrastructure to major building works. I have the ability to breakdown the components of the projects by WBS and integrated them in one overall work programme. Identify the most critical component the project and also the key interface dates between the components.
