Project Undertaken:

  • Sir Baniyas Island-   -  Master Development of ISLAND, consisting more than 100 projects like, Hotels, resorts, residential, commercial, utilities, Airport terminal Arabian wild life park complete city – Concept is for the attraction for the tourists.
  • Masdar City  –Development of neighbour hood block under pollution free city.

 

Responsibilities Handled:

 

  • Preparing & monitoring the integrated program for Island wide development coordinated with Authority, design delivery & execution
  • Developing the program for island wide & fixing the mile stone.
  • Preparing the reports for the logistics requirement and analysis , forecasting
  •  Preparing the reports
  • Preparing the presentation to the clients.
  • Monitoring the design & construction program.
  • Identifying the risks and working on mitigation measures
