Responsibilities:

·         Project planning & monitoring using P6v7, 8.3, Microsoft Project. MS Office tools

·         Weekend Possession works Planning & Resourcing in Rail Corridor & communicating the plan to stakeholders involved.

·         Co-ordinate interfaces between Design, Procurement, Construction, Testing & Commissioning with clients and stakeholders and ensure program of works is fully integrated

·         Critical Path, S-Curves & Delay Analysis Reporting / Forecasting.

·         Setting up WBS Structure & Staging diagrams for Work Packages & Project Scope of works with help of MS Visio

·         Keeping accurate Progress records for reporting / realistic forecasting.

·         Earned Value Analysis & Reporting for Cost Control on the projects.

·         Subcontract Management for Work Packages procured on site

·         Subcontract Program Evaluation

·         Indentifying Trade interfaces & opportunities to accelerate works for timely completion of scope & on budget.

·         Leading Project Control activities with respect to cost management, planning and scheduling for Sector 3B projects

·         Supporting operations management in the development of Project proposals and execution of TSU projects with Project Control Activities

·         Ensures timely preparation of monthly project and corporate reports for submittal to senior management.

·         Chair Planning & project Controls meet with Planners & stake holders to resolve Project control & Project Dependency Issues for Sector -3B projects.
