Manages & decide all commercial aspect of the Project. Organizes project commercial targets, intended and not limited to; Contracts administration, engineering, quantity surveying and procurement. Responsible for the initial deliverables based on construction schedule, internal & external reporting cycles, Interim payments and forecast, and accounting commitments in lieu of the project’s feasibility

Task to recover losses from delays, by forensic claims from variations,  initiating proper and accurate cost reporting, booking all-deliverables through wise procurement startegies, and controlling and managing cost by the implementation of "project commercial awarenes" determined through the project's tail-end schedule.
