Roles and Responsibilities:

·         To produce Resource and Cost loaded Baseline and recovery programs for various projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.

·         To produce Tender programs for various projects in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Libya,

·         To produce company’s cash in-flows and out-flows periodically,

·         To produce resource histograms for different projects along with consolidated resource requirement.

·         To produce procurement and shop drawings schedules for various projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi,

·         Monitoring three different projects,

·         Lakeside Residence at IMPZ, Dubai from March 2010 – March 2011(3B+G+2P+23Flrs , 4 Residential Towers)

·         Mangrove Place, Abu Dhabi – October 2011 – Present (3B+G+2P+26 floors residential towers)

·         Schedule updates, progress monitoring and reporting,

·         To track update information required for weekly and monthly reports to ensure it compliance with project completion date,

·         To track and monitor shop drawings and material submissions,

·         To review and evaluate subcontractor’s schedules, reports and other submissions to align as per schedule,

·         Update procurement register and track material deliveries at site,

·         To participate weekly progress and coordination meeting in order to discuss the status of the projects,

·         Involved in preparing EOTs for different running projects.
