Supervising the Material Department team.

Preparing all levels of capital cost estimates from Order of Magnitude to Detail Estimate, for various Saudi Aramco, Royal Commission, Saudi Electric Company (SEC) and local Saudi projects.

Preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation to support estimate preparation as per relevant cost estimating practices, standards and procedures.

Obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to support capital cost estimates.

Prepare quantity take-offs and estimates costs of materials, labor, and use of equipment required to fulfill all provisions of the contract.

Coordinate the estimating effort to other discipline and attending meetings with Clients.

Maintain the estimating cost database of material and labor costs to ensure that costs are reflective of the current market.

Responsible for the development, review, assessment, and validation of cost and schedule baselines for conceptual design projects and development of resource loaded schedules.

Prepare multi-discipline conceptual, detailed and definitive cost estimates for Company Capital Projects and will review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with the defined scope of work.

Prepare cost and man-hour estimates for engineering projects and proposals.

Attend coordination meeting with client regarding status of project.
