A- Preparing schedule using primavera project planning 3 and 6.

B- Resources loading, resources leveling and histograms.

C- Monitoring work progress using The KPIs (Key performance indicator),                D- tracking Projects and Manpower requirement.

E- Updating schedule periodically and analyze the delays.

F- Producing cash flow report and Earned Values reports.

G- Preparing the project reports.

H- Preparing the planning procedure & progress measurements.

2- Very Good Knowledge – experience of different types of Claims and extension of time (Impacted baseline, Window analysis).

3- Good Knowledge in tracking and controlling project’s Documents and contract s using Primavera         Expedition Software.

4- Good knowledge of the international coding system. (Master Format).

5- High capability to work as team leader.

6- High capability in direct and distance training and support for planning skill.

7- Ability to prepare planning training manuals.
