  • Preparing Planning programme, analyzing, maintaining contract administration database and monitoring projects by using P3, P5 and Expedition.
  • Responsibilities including Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Preparing Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports, Change Management, Cost Analysis, Earned Value Analysis, Extension of Time Analysis, handling/ attending meeting with Client, Consultant, General Contractor, Sub-contractors, etc. and reporting to Management and Client.
  • Develops & maintains systems and procedures covering the areas of Planning, Scheduling, Progress Measurement and Reporting.
  • Reviews Projects execution strategies and implementation schedules for new projects.
  • Ensures that the planning and scheduling documents such as Master Schedules, Progress Reports, ā€œSā€ Curves and Bar Charts etc. are prepared properly and in accordance with contractual time schedules and frequencies.
  • Reviews and recommends necessary planning documents and ensures that such documents are regularly updated by Consultants & Contractors.

  • Identifies and reviews regularly the critical and sub-critical activities and their impact on the project schedule.
  • Monitors the reported progress of Consultants & Contractors and ensure that reports accurately reflect the actual performance.
  • Reviews the weekly and monthly reports submitted by Consultants & Contractors.
  • Reviews the weekly and monthly safety reports submitted by Contractors.
  • Reviews the weekly and monthly planned activities (look ahead) reports and compares with the actual progress achieved by the Contractors.
  • Review and calculate the Change Request and Contract Trend Notice related to time impact.
  • Reviews and evaluates the Claims submitted by Consultants & Contractors.
  • Reviews the work forecasts and plans for remaining activities and comments on the proposals for any amendments to original plans and schedules.
  • Analyzes and identifies areas of concern, work progress trends for potential problems, examines implications of such problems.
  • Handling Proposal Preparation and Compiling Works.
