• Functional process owner of Project Controls, Planning and Benchmarking, across PDO for all Operational activities;
• Provide Planning Support (Primavera P6) to the PDO Approved On-Plot/Off-Plot contractors in terms of schedule reviews and approvals;
• Develop, maintain, and update the PDO Corporate Level 1 and 2 Primavera  schedules for all projects to be undertaken, for U$D 5 million up to and including project of U$D 500 million and above;
• Review and ensure that all Contractors schedules submitted for all projects are aligned with the PDO Level 1 and 2 schedules;
• Support planning staff in PDO FEED Office, and assist in reviews of FEED office schedules with respect to Estimate and Schedule Activity Reviews;
• Assist PDO Project Engineers and Planning staff in the analysis of the Project Schedules at the various stages of their Value Assurance Reviews and Decision Gate Reviews;
• Ensure compliance in PDO, that Users are using Primavera as the Engineering planning management and detailed shutdown execution planning tool;
• Develop and maintain standards with respect to Project Control & Planning, and Risk Analysis and Management;

Set up QA/QC processes to ensure the integrity of the Primavera database, including regular database checks and house-keeping;

• Corporate custodian and Focal Point of  Primavera, Pertmaster,  and PromisX;
• Provide important information to the Primavera User community on new features, systems upgrades/future releases and recommend improvements;
• Assist in using Primavera as the Engineering Planning Management and detailed Shutdown/Turnaround Execution Planning tool;
• Administer the NORMS database for all Project and Shutdown/Turnaround related activities;
• Company Focal Point for the implementation, roll-out and company wide deployment of the SAP-Primavera interface IMPRESS. Manage user profiles and support; communicate with IT, Super Users and the Toolset Governance stakeholders;
