- Taking care of multiple projects of the company in terms of Project Management, Project Control & Planning.
- Updating the various contractual programs in close co-ordination with Project Manager, Project Engineer etc to monitor the progress for the various projects using Primavera &/or MSP as per contract requirements.
- Preparing Monthly Reports & Invoices for the various projects & submitting to the various Project Consultants for approvals.
- Preparing detailed tender programs for the new upcoming projects & analyzing the cost & manpower breakdown structure for them.
- Preparing time extension & claim documents for the various projects under consideration.
- Organizing & Coordinating weekly/monthly contractual meetings with the various stakeholders involved to monitor the overall progress of the projects.
- Managing all relevant contractual/commercial issues related to payment terms, Letter of Credits & Bank Guarantees etc.
