Current Role

Looking after the Horizon one development of Atlas Iron ltd. Currently I am involves in four major development project of Horizon One.

  • Wodgina Expansion Project – AUD 110M
  • Mount Dove Development Project – AUD 30M
  • Abydos Development Project – AUD 120M
  • Mount Weber Development Project – AUD 150M

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Produce comprehensive schedules in various formats and detail to suit different users
  • Interface the schedule with the project budget
  •  Analyze validity of schedules submitted by outside parties contributing to the project
  •  Monitor actual job progress, compare to baseline and report progress against schedule
  •  Analyse and report productivity and trends
  • Forecast the impacts on schedule of proposed changes
  • Recommend policy or procedural revisions that will improve schedule accomplishment
  • Attend management, project team and customer meetings as requested by the project manager
  • Assist management, project managers and colleagues to understand and accept scheduling concepts, theory and alternative approaches in scheduling project activities
  • Archive actual schedule achievements for estimating future similar projects
  • Update and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency and optimization.
  • Create formal communication plan to both team members and management.
  • Ensure contractors provide resource loaded schedules at determined

Intervals to make sure construction is being completed on time and within budget.

  • Perform project progress monitoring duties including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date.
  • Assist the Project Controls Manager with evaluating schedule impacts arising from sourcing decisions.
