I’m currently working with Saudi Oger Ltd. as Planning engineer in Saraya Aqaba Project – Jordan ,the largest project in Jordan, with total value equals to 1.2 Billion dollar; Following Up All Planning issues and project zones, including Residential areas, Multi-story Buildings (Hotels), Town houses, and Grand Villas. I’m responsible for Reviewing and Approving Baseline Schedules as well as preparing and updating current schedules, additionally I’m Preparing weekly & monthly client reports .Furthermore I’m in charge for analyzing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and Following up the Project progress extensively, Moreover I’m proposing Planning technical solutions and corrective measures, also I make sure that subcontractors’ scope of work is fully coordinated ,I Prepared the schedule for the  strategy of awarding remaining work packages including Procurement  and Construction stages .I’m responsible for monitoring the subcontractors work progress and issuing the instructions through formal correspondences  and progress meetings.
