• Monitor and documented construction progress. Developed progress measurement system (PMS) for monitoring construction progress. Working experience with tools e.g. MileMarker• Compilation and preparation of data from Onshore and Offshore projects to create a summarized Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report, Prepare S-Curves and Manpower Histogram.• Liaising between different disciplines to meet project deadline.• Prepare time to time catch-up plan to speed up project.• Prepared power point slides presentations for monthly review meetings.• Updated three week rolling look ahead and monthly schedules in primavera P3.• Based on the progress prepared invoice, monitor productivity, slippage of activities and reporting to the Project Manager.• Prepare Project record book, finalize master index. Prepare interactive searchable archive of all procedures, operating manuals and As-built documents and drawings.• As per project requirement, arranged and successfully coordinated video shooting of entire site on weekly and monthly basis.
