I am a highly skilled project planner and programmer whose work has covered a

variety of civil and diverse building construction projects ranging up to and in

excess of $350 million in value. I possess professional qualifications and specialised

training in risk management and project planning that affords me a unique insight

into construction sequencing and timeframes. My background is reflected in the

detail and accuracy of programmes, together with my ability to articulate complex

planning, staging and project delivery using effective & descriptive graphics.

Last Position: Tender Programmer/Planner ‐ Richard Crookes Constructions

I performed detailed programming for tenders and worked closely with a team

of six full‐time estimators and upwards of eight Project Managers to provide

risk‐averse planning advice on all tenders. I furnished advice to the construction

teams for project‐ specific challenges and other programming requirements.
