Responsibilities |
Set the contract key dates schedule from the interfaces within this schedule providing the project with the list of plans required to execute the project and the hierarchy of those plans. Develop and police the planning and progress monitoring procedures so each element of the project performs the processes consistently. Prepare resource plans for the overall and individual project phases, identifying any excessive peak numbers and making recommendations for peak leveling. Conduct critical path and schedule risk analyses of the networks, supporting the schedules and advising project management of deficiencies in logic, inconsistencies and discrepancies, and recommending mitigating actions. Assess the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and ‘What if?’ scenarios to aid project management decision-making. Responsible for internal company’s department planning for the insurance of the proper execution of the project. Verify that the contractors’ reported progress is correct and accurately reflected in the project’s integrated plan. Budgeting and cost control.
