• Development & maintenance of project master construction schedule/revisions/catch-up plans in coordination with project team.• Resource Loading, Scheduling, Progress monitoring, updating, controlling and reporting periodically.• Preparation of  cash flow forecasts• Preparation of Pictorial charts and other graphical representation of Project. • Preparation of planning procedures and progress measurement systems• Attending the progress meetings and reviewing the progress for the week.• Conceptualize the detailed project reports; take off Documents, Primavera Project execution program and execution plans after thorough discussion with Clients, selection of Sites.• Assist in maintaining, improving and continually updating planning systems, procedures, processes and standards• Extension of Time, Claim Analysis.Other Responsibilities handled while working for the company:• Wealth Care Investments - B+G+13+2 storey Pent House Residential show rooms building: Preparation & approval of project master construction schedule, detailed resource loading and producing of various progress, manpower & cash flow curves.• Jumeirah Lake Towers – Parking Garage Works: Updating of project master construction schedule, resource loading and producing of various progress, manpower & cash flow curves.
