1. JOB SUMMARY ADNOC New Hospital Project at Ruwais- from July. 19, 2010- present. This Project cost AED 373 Million and a 50 bed hospital with 1.6 Km access road. I was in charge of monitoring, updating and revising schedule as per clients comments using P3 . Reports variance, made flash reports, Daily weekly and monthly reports, look ahead and other. Track NCR, Drawings, RFI and Material approval and procurement including subcontractor schedule and progress, Made EOT schedule that include change request or variation. Consultant is Hill International.

2. I was also involved with Main office tender planning schedules from time to time that includes Flats, Rails, Hospitals, Hangars, schools , Villas and Multistory underground parking among others.
