Current Position (August 2014 – present): Project Controls Manager (Repository) and Lead Planner

• Project Controls Manager for Repository based Project Controls Team and Lead Planner for LLWR Ltd;
• Supervisor and Line Manager for 11 Site based Project Controls Engineers, Planning Engineers and Cost Engineers including two Tier 2 Contractor Team Members;
• Recently acted as Schedule Assurance/SME for Lifetime Plan 18 development for all schedules across the business;
• Responsible for Primavera system administration, training and guidance;
• Deputise, as required, for Head of Project Controls;
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of departmental procedures: Scheduling, Integrated Working Schedule, Earned Value Management and Project Controls section of Engineering Design & Construction Framework FXP (Framework Execution Plan);
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of LLWR’s integrated working schedule, including resource management and forecasting;
• Project Controls Lead for programme initiation across the business – most current delivery was Repository Development Programme, circa £100M.
