Position: Coordinator in planning & project cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and plan project’s financial information.
- Preparing project cash flow, set up cost control, monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
- Providing EPCC Project schedule by means of Primavera (p6).
- Updating the Project Schedule.
- Submitting reports for project schedule slippage for the Project Manager and project team and propose appropriate actions to mitigate delays.
- Preparing reporting procedures in order to ensure effective project implementation and document preparation.
- Identifying project’s risk and make a response plan for them.
- Managing overall project resources and scope requirements, budgets and cost.
- Preparing work breakdown structure (WBS), weight factor and evaluation of float of activities by using of critical path method (CPM).
- Attending and supervising project weekly meeting.
- Controlling defined activities with respected baseline.
