EPCC contract (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) 2200 MTPD AMMONIA AND 3250 MTPD UREA PLANT

Applicant: HENGAM PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY (HPC),

Contractors: PIDEC

 

Position: Coordinator in planning & project cost control.

 

            Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyzing and plan project’s financial information.
  • Preparing project cash flow, set up cost control, monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
  • Providing EPCC Project schedule by means of Primavera (p6).
  • Updating the Project Schedule.
  • Submitting reports for project schedule slippage for the Project Manager and project team and propose appropriate actions to mitigate delays.
  • Preparing reporting procedures in order to ensure effective project implementation and document preparation.
  • Identifying project’s risk and make a response plan for them.
  • Managing overall project resources and scope requirements, budgets and cost.
  • Preparing work breakdown structure (WBS), weight factor and evaluation of float of activities by using of critical path method (CPM).
  • Attending and supervising project weekly meeting.
  • Controlling defined activities with respected baseline.
