In charge of assigned projects for company’s distinguished clients such as Saudi ARAMCO, AGO-KGOC-(ARAMCO Gulf Operations / Kuwait Gulf Operations), Saudi Iron and Steel Co. (HADEED) and Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (Directorate General for Jubail Project).

Prepares project schedule (construction and tender) using project management computer application program P3 Enterprise (Primavera System).

Participates in Pre-bid or Job-Ex Meeting with contracting department and clients.

Study, review and analyze project documents including plans, specifications, general terms and conditions, special terms and conditions and addenda.

Coordinates with procurement section/unit the availability of materials and ensure on time delivery at job-site before any start of an activity.

Responsible for preparing project and technical proposal schedule.

Ensure the quality of material and workmanship equal or exceeds requirements of drawings and specifications.

Review weekly and monthly project progress report which includes updating; prepare tracking sheets, manpower report and material submittal status.
