Working within project delivery teams and programme teams, interfacing with clients, contractors, sub-contractors and other consultants providing planning expertise within client environments. Generate programmes principally using Primavera P3 and P6, that are integrated and representative of activities required to complete the delivery of projects within a portfolio of work from initial conception through to delivery and close out. Below are some bullet points:

• Prepare & manage Master Schedule for Manazel UAE projects. .
• Reviewing & commenting on the Contract programmes and updates. Also reviewing Bidder’s Tender programme.
• Contract management related to Planning & Programming considering FIDIC conditions from design to construction handover.
• Providing cash flow, various reports & presentation to various departments as per their respective necessities.
• Preparing Weekly and Monthly reports for the ability for senior management to understand problems and decide corrective action.
• Reviewing Monthly and Weekly reports from various contracts.
• Attend weekly progress meetings.
• Analyze, comment and negotiate on EOT claims.
