§  Developed and maintained a monitoring & reporting system for the project’s Design, Procurement, and Permits & Approval related works

§  Developed and maintained the project’s Design, Procurement, Permits & Approvals, & Construction schedules using P3 & P6.

§  Submitted to Project Management schedules & progress reports discussing accomplishments, issues & concerns & proposing solutions.

§  Collaborated with the Project Commercial Manager in establishing tender programmes, in evaluating bidders’ proposed schedules, and in analyzing and resolving contractors’ extension of time claims.

§  Collaborated with subcontractors in establishing their baseline schedule, then monitored & controlled their schedule & progress.

 

 

§  Collaborated with the project’s designers – base building, interior design, and specialist design consultants – in establishing a design development programme. Also responsible for the coordination, monitoring, control and reporting of the consultants’ progress.

§  Conducted periodic meetings with the client, designers, & contractors.

§  Coordinated & resolved with the client, project’s designers, & project management team issues / risks that could potentially adversely affect the project’s schedule.

§  Functioned as a Systems Turnover Coordinator working with the Client’s representative in liaising with the project stakeholders, identifying and resolving issues to expedite physical completion, testing and handover of the facility’s systems.

§  Developed and maintained a Systems Commissioning Schedule which was used to strategize system priorities, monitor accomplishments, and identify schedule issues and concerns.

Communicated to the project stakeholders updates on the systems handover discussing issues, or potential issues, and recommending possible mitigation strategies.
