       Scope of Work of the project:

            Development of a rail system for 72.026 km. on elevated structures on Miyapur to L.B. Nagar, Jubilee Bus Station to Falaknuma, and Nagole to Shiparamam corridors in Hyderabad, and associated real estate,on design, build, finance, operate & transfer (DBFOT) basis.

                            Duties & Responsibilities

1)       To review, comment, approve plans, programs (CPM network), schedules, methodology, productivity data, estimates of quantities, cost & time, manpower & equipment loading schedules & histograms, cost loading, progress curves, progress reports, Forensic Planning, EOT Claims, etc. prepared by various contractor’s, planning & controls teams using Primavera Project Planner (P6), TILOS, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

2)       Planning & Control by preparing & updating Schedules (CPM Networks, Bar Charts), Progress Curves.

3)       Progress analysis & reporting through Monthly Reports. Attending Progress Review Meetings.
