  • programme management and projects control at project and framework level.
  • Tender management and financial evaluation.
  • Programme and Planning management during project’s Due-Diligence stage.  
  • Managing pre-construction projects and team (Estimation and planning).
  • Preparation and monitor of fully logic linked and resource loaded programmes(resource histograms/ schedules, cost uploading, critical path, delay scenarios and risk analysis) through feasibility study, detail design, procurement and construction.
  • Input in constructability during feasibility and design phases.
  • Managing and supervising the project site team during construction phase by regular site audit to Progress, scope changes and cost.
  • Managing interface with project site management team and client counterparts for issues related to planning and scheduling activities.
  • Managing the monthly projects CVR and the Earn Value Analysis together with the quarterly projects forecast process.
  • Manage and coordinate the interface between Civil, M&E and Suppliers design and programme.
  • Preparation of monthly progress reports and consolidated close out report at the completion of the project.
  • Managing project’s claims and EOT process.
  • Involvement in Business Improvement Process.
  • Recruit and train project planning and control team.
