  • Manage the planning & QS team engineers to develop the Work measurement System by detailing the contract scope.
  • Arrange the projects Manpower Histogram based of the company productivity Rate.
  • Supervise the planning engineers to develop the Level IV Schedule (Constructible Schedule) with resource loading.
  • Follow up the projects Progress & check the labor efficiency. 
  • Preparing the yearly budget of the company.
  • Preparing the earned value, weekly & Monthly reports.
  • Preparing the projects budget.
  • Preparing the executive Reports (Monthly Cost & and the forecast cost at completion)
  • Arrange the monthly invoice bases on the approved progress Report.
  • Arrange the Change Orders value.
  • Follow up the procurement and engineering schedule.
  • Evaluate the subcontractor’s bids.
  • Approving the subcontractors periodical invoices base on the performance.
