Lead Planning Engineer reporting to the Project Manager, Planning Manager and Commercial Manager.Responsible for the overall planning input and requirements at construction stage.Integration of all Nominated subcontractors’ programme to the Master programme. Preparation and maintenance of the project as-built programme and close out schedule. Monitors progress of the works against the contractual schedule.Responsible in preparation of daily,weekly and monthly progress reports to client ,consultant and to internal Head Office. Preparation of documentation and program assessment to support / substantiate EOT claims. Monitor and review all nominated and domestic subcontractor progress including reviewing of baseline schedule and monthly progress update
