• Project Outline: The project total area is about 8,500,000 m² (2,020 acres). Barwa New Cairo project will be built on the east side of Cairo and feature golf courses, commercial office buildings, medical facilities, schools, mosques, resort and business hotels, villas and apartments, parks and playgrounds, and a town center with entertainment and retail shopping areas, among other amenities. The Barwa New Cairo project is one of the largest real estate development projects that is planned or underway in Egypt.

• Consultants and subcontractors RFP coordination.
• Prepare the Procurement strategy for the Sub-consultants and Sub-contractors.
• Development design Coordinate to ensure other parties involvements at each design stage for the use of budget estimation and the value engineering.
• Subcontractors and Consultants tender evaluation (Time and Cost).
• Evaluate consultants or Contractor time extenuation and cost impact.  
• Involved in contracts preparation and work agreements frames.
• Create and update Project Master Programme.
• Delay analysis and Critical path (CPA) overall impact.
• Cost tracking and cash flow updating.
• Coordinating and reviewing subcontractors and Consultant programmes.
• Manage input from others for the use of task completion.
• Monitoring and Recording contractor weekly site progress.

• Project Outline: ADGC, worldwide famous Championship Golf Course, desired to prepare building documentation for luxurious Residential and Hotel Development within itself.  The Residential Development consists of 78 villas, 144 apartment units in 3 blocks, 24 townhouse units in 8 blocks.  Associated infrastructure works consist of roads, car parks, services, Maintenance Building, Accommodation Building.
