Responsible for planning, monitoring & control of residential/ commercial projects. My core responsibilities include among others, developing tender schedules; developing baseline schedules (Cl. 14.1/ 8.3); project management and control for the assigned projects; preparing weekly and monthly progress monitoring reports and MIS reports for top management; monitoring the resource planning, monitoring & control across various projects; contractual correspondence related to time/ cost, contract, programme, progress issues; developing EOT/ recovery/ acceleration schedules; conducting & participating in various progress, coordination & technical project meetings; regular liaison/ coordination with Projects Director, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager (PMC), Consultant Resident Engineer and sub-contractor  Planning Engineers, Project Engineers, Construction Managers and Project Manager/ Director on issues related to programme/ progress and possible solutions for potential road blocks, etc.
