2011-2019: Member of the project direction team – Head of scheduling
Kaombo FPSO project – TOTAL SA, Paris, Singapore, Angola
- Accountable for the global project schedule and progress management from conception/FEED to production, all business and technical entities including geosciences, drilling, subsea (AKER, TECHNIP FMC, HEEREMA) to FPSO (SAIPEM) and operations
- In particular, responsible for 1. Setup of contracting structures, interface schedules, KPIs and forecasting 2. Follow-up of legal aspects and third party independent expert delay assessments, 3. De-risking culture with implementation of qualitative and quantitative risk assessments
- Coordinated the worldwide team of 500+ pax to maintain deadlines and initiated schedule mitigations vs. cost expenditures (CAPEX/OPEX). Negotiated with the 4 main lump sum contractors on execution slippages and accelerations. Worldwide: 10 main sites, 10,000+ workers
