March, 2009 - Overall responsibility of the performance of my team and progress of the whole project from the preparation phase up to the handover to the client (conception, design, procurement, construction, handover phases).
- Management of the design phase of assigned projects in co-ordination with the engineers & consultants
- Prepare tender evaluation report & prepare recommendation for final approval from direct supervisor and concerned committees
- Manage the project team, administration tasks and their control
- Monitor and verify material submittals, shop drawings, process and change order control.
- Responsible for quality and timeline of all activities and services provided complete and correct documentation, which is registered, distributed and filed and all expenses and their approval on the project
- Follow up with the project schedule and ensure the completion as targeted.
- Preparation of project budgets and monthly budget status reports in conjunction with the QS Manager.
- Responsible for the Health and Safety on the site; implement and act in accordance with the company policy in regards to Health and Safety.
- Provide support to the Construction Management team during the construction phase of the project with design related and prime contract issues
- Liaise with Client, Consultants, Contractor and Authorities to obtain Affection Plans, Design Approvals, Building Permits, NOCs, COCs and other required premises approvals from time to time.
