• Being a key Team Player with their various Multi-disciplinary projects, my contribution to the company’s success has been in effective & efficient Projects Cost, Time & Resource control, with no compromise on Safety & Quality.
• Develop Project Master Plan in close coordination with infrastructure & construction PMT.
• Validate WBS, activities definition, resource & duration estimation, activity sequencing & schedule development using Primavera P6/P3/MSP, resource & cost histograms.
• Evaluate actual progress versus planned. Identify problem areas, determine variances & perform trend analysis. Advise corrective & preventive actions. Assist in preparation of recovery plans to eliminate delays.
• Cost monitoring & control. Perform Earned Value Analysis & determine revised cash flow.
• Assist in resolving technical issues to finalize construction drawings & related technical submittals. Follow up in resolving technical queries, non-conformance reports & site instructions.
• Manage Change Orders. Advise planners & quantity surveyors in finalizing time & cost implications raised from variations.
• Development of project forms. Review monthly reports submitted by subcontractors & consultants. Preparation of monthly reports & presentations for the client.
