Developed multi-level plans designed to facilitate NDA / Magnox monthly progress and reporting. Also providing Contractor Tier 2 financial / logistical control as per DV. Regulator interface [NII - EA - OCNS] planned and progressed. Trends captured and change management process developed and engaged in conjunction with Site Directors budgetary control. Risk register created and updated to suit. Quality skill set applied across full gamut.
