SABAH AL-SALEM UNIVERSITY CITY  - KUWAIT UNIVERSITY

• It’s a complete university, its area reach to 6 Million square meters, and its estimated Budget will reach to(KD 3,000,000,000).
• It is contains two campus. Main Campus & Medical Campus , Main Campus Contains 9 different Buildings Packages ,6 colleges (Each College contains Separate Building for Men & Separate Building For Women ) in addition to three other buildings packages which are ;Academic Support Facility, Administration Facilities,Student Activities and Athletic Facilities (SAAF),such buildings will be supported by 9 infra Structure Packages which areUtility Service Tunnels E & W, CUP 1 , 2 & 3 + MEP Works within the Utility Service Tunnels, Site Utilities, Ring Roads, Parking and Landscape, Decked Parking and Shelters (West and East)
• Medical Campus will include Medical Colleges and The Hospitals
• The university will accommodate about 40,000 Students
• Close to 100 Buildings and 100 Parking Lots

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Monitor and supervise the implementation of the PM/CM Technical services as per the project management agreement.
• Review the deliverables of the PM/CM consultant.
• Supervise and Monitor all the scheduling and control aspects in the SSUC project.
• Monitor the compliance of the different project parties regarding the preparation, submittal, review and approval of the project Schedules.
• Supervise the Implementation of the Project Control System by the different project parties through the different Packages and for the whole campus.
• Monitor the Master schedule updates done by the PM/CM consultant and highlight the resulted variances compared to the approved plan.
• Supervise the implementation of the Project contract Manager Program (PCM) as a main part of the Complete PCS system that should be implemented by the project Management Consultant.
• Monitor and issue a summary reports about the overall progress of the University different packages.
• Handling all Kuwait university budget issues related to SSUC Project.
• Attend the progress and planning meetings whenever required.
• Monitor the implementation of the recovery schedules that may be required to absorb any recorded delays.
• Review and study the delay analysis reports issued by the consultant.
• Sharing with the PM/CM in the Preparation of KUCP response to any contractor or Consultant claims.
