As Project Control Manager for utilities and infrastructure Sector for Hyder Consulting Middle East, I was responsible for schedule and cost control related matters. I was reporting to Project Control Director. Other than project planning and monitoring activities I was also responsible for developing and implementing earned value management, internal cost analysis & profitability measurement of projects within the organization. I was supporting business manager in preparing forecasts and budget for Abu Dhabi Office. I was also involved in Technical evaluation of tenders and was responsible for analyzing EOT claims submitted by construction contractors.
