Responsible in formulation of plamming ans scheduling strategies. prepares network scedules,

bargraph schedules, S-Curves, histograms and other planning graphics for management and

client guidance for project look-aheads and status, using primavera system and ERP(house

development system)

As a Planning Manager, prepares conceptual planning strategy, planning package and execution

procedures during the engineering, procurement, fabrication, Hook-up, MC & Commissioning.

Developed recovery plans, as and when required, to re-align project delays and/or planning deviations.

Prepared and implemented Invoicing Procedures, and prepared actual monthly miletiones and

progress invoices.

As a Project Cost Control Manager, prepared periodic project reports and confer with clients

for its acceptance and approval prior to attachment to invoices. administers internal and

project cost disbursements and payroll budgets. Also prepares cost accrual and cost reconciliation

reports.

Prepared Offshore Hook-up and Commissioning strategy and planning packages including

progress monitiring and measurement procedures.
