 - Planning & monitoring Master programs of works (Design, Tendering & Construction Phases).

- Preparing & Evaluating of Bids & Prequalification Documents.

- Project Budgeting & Control of Budget and Variations Orders.

- Developing Manpower & Equipment production schedules.

- Preparing Tender Programs.

- Monitoring Designers & Contractors’ schedules.

- Follow-up of Procurement & Shop Drawings Schedules.

- Evaluating time extension claims.
