After holding various positions in the maintenance department, he moved into the managers role and spearheaded policy decisions needed to implement effective and sustainable maintenance.
Werner then worked for a decade at Stork as a Senior Management Consultant.
Through his methodical approach at both the organizational and technical level, he has realized numerous successful projects in maintenance, production and engineering departments. Besides maintenance and project management, his interest and passion is mainly Turnaround Management.
