Managing the ECHQ Planning Team, based in the London offices, reporting to the head of service. Managed the programme aspect of various live projects, assisted clients in delay avoidance and contractual mechanisms to mitigate programme disputes. Established an informal network with the business’ Global Planning Community and introduced technology partners for specialist 4D and Design Management services. Proposed, developed and delivered a working paper outlining the need for and methods to manage the development of an in-house Design Management service. Worked with the Lending and Investing team to provide advice to Qatari Diar on key programme risk issues for The Shard.
