Responsible for developing baseline project schedules for general contracting projects.  This includes Preconstruction planning and continues through construction of the project.  I help the project teams with monitoring and updating project schedules.  I assist our project teams with troubleshooting schedule / planning.  When delays occur, I help the project teams document the project delays and provide schedule delay analysis.  Responsible for developing and maintaining the schedule training program for our local office.  Our company training program includes classes on CPM fundamentals and software programs.  The most important part of my position is to provide project teams and upper management with the most accurate status of the projects that helps them focus their management effort.
