ChNPP SIP PMU Project Controls Engineer

Development of project schedules to track the progress, and provide input to the integrated Project Master Schedule.
Progress monitoring and control functions.
Reviewing schedule data, identify and acquire information needed to complete work logics and establish interfaces between assigned contracts and other SIP projects.
Determine critical path activities for assigned contracts, and identify and report activities with a critical or potential impact on schedule.
Monitoring schedule variances for assigned contracts and recommend corrective actions/workaround solutions for project manager’s consideration.
Reviewing project design documentation and other relevant data to understand the project requirements which may affect the planning process.
Facilitate acquisition of schedule data, review and update.
Preparation of the Contract Status Report for the Monthly Progress Report.
Monitor contract schedules together with Project Manager and other Project Team members and highlight problem areas which may adversely affect the progress.
Development of percent complete and Earned Value curves as a basis to measure physical progress, and update regularly.
Change management: identification and monitoring of trends&risks, maintain trends&risks registers, trend&risk reports preparation.
