Preparing/developing Master Program ♦ Prepare monthly status report for onward submission to the client including all the monthly progress and updated master program for all contractors ♦ Inspecting and reviewing construction programs for packages/contracts related to villa and client’s procured items ♦ Progress / coordination meetings with client, contractors, consultants on weekly basis ♦ Conduct daily site visits inspecting the works progress including reports reviews ♦ Review daily works schedule plans, progress and raise delay flags and reasons.
