As Project Controls Cost Analyst at Plaza Centers for Dambovita Center Project specific duties and job responsibilities include:
– Setup and implement the Change Management Procedure to control all the project deviations;
– Setup Cost Models of executed project by Plaza Centers;
– Responsible for Structural Steel Package (~65.000 mt) and Budget Control for the structural works on the existing building (by taking part on the offer request and negotiations meetings; coordinating site visits with the bidders; coordinating the RFI procedure to clarify bidders questions; review, comment and correct the tender package including technical specs submitted by the design consultants); prepare offer comparison reports and detailed price analysis; prepare bidder technical report after several visits to executed projects/ factories;
– Responsible for the five (5) star Hotel and Apartment Hotel Room finishes estimated budget;
– Technical-commercial responsibilities as part of Structural Steel Procurement/ Fabrication Board for the underground parking works.
– Responsible for Residential Buildings Package and Budget Control (~40,000 sq m);
– Responsible for the Project’s Monthly Report required by Plaza Centers Head Quarter;
– Responsible for budget and payment setup in BidMaster after contract award.
