Project Management activities I took part: Bid evaluations, Kick of Meeting Report, Work Breakdown Structure-WBS, Cost Breakdown Structure-CBS, Project planning and scheduling, Earned Value Management indicators, Resource Cash-flow planning, SWOT Analyses, Stakeholders Analyses and Stakeholder Management;
– Participating at meetings and giving the technical information necessary for Bid Request, Offer or Contract;
– Participating on Projects Launch Meetings finalised with a Kick of Meeting Report from which results all the procedures, standards, prescriptions and legal norms necessary for the project;
– Participating on meetings on which are selected the Project Chief Engineer, Department’s Project Engineer, Project Secretary and other members of the Project Team;
– Participating on planning and tracking the Project’s tasks, maintaining it under the budget, in time respecting the contract;
– Participating on document analysis and approval for the project;
– Participating on Schedule update and Budget update for the project;
– Participating on coordination and information distribution from correspondence with the Client to Project Team;
– Collecting the technical solutions from Project Engineer;
