December, 2004 Following and tracking of the Contract on all its course with the following responsibilities:
– tracking and responsible for good evolution of all the co-ordinated works from technical and financial point of view;
– Informing the Upper Management about the status of the contract;
– To petition the Investor for contract documentation, checking the execution documentation;
– Studying the contract, technical demands and execution documentation;
– Following all the financial guarantee clauses of the contract to be accomplished;
– Informing the stakeholders about beginning of the works by completing specific document template as the internal procedures required;
– Informing in writing the Investor about unpredictable situations that appears and implications of such situations;
– Calculating the amount of works based on the Site Manager reports with approval from investor’s representing person;
– Checking the invoices of the subcontractors and approve them for payment or correct them with the real facts (articles, prices, quantities);
– Communicate to Upper Management about the overheads of resources (man-hours, materials, necessary equipment’s), overheads of budget, time;
– Following the cash-in of the invoices;
– Participate at the end of the contract’s meeting;
– Obtaining recommendations from investors.
