Report actual performance and variance against plan and forecast outcomes. Highlight key milestone and critical path issues to members of the team, provide an assessment of the impact to the programme and recommend solutions.
Develop recovery programme and contingency plans in order to meet changed objectives.
Provide earned value reports to the Project Management & Commercial teams.
Provide a fortnightly reporting commentary, attend QRA meetings and update the programme as necessary
Monitor and audit contractor programmes and incorporate into Galliford Try programmes. Interrogate contractor’s statement of progress for payment purposes.
Assist with Assurance Process, attending client meetings, check correct paperwork is submitted by subcontractor.
